excellent location and super clean room

The hotel is near the golf course. It was a short walk to the first tee. shops and restaurants on the main street are easily accessible. i found the rooms were a nice size. There was fast wifi. water and coffee were also offered in the room daily.
the room faced a road, so it was busy with cars and people, (it was a bit noisy). i was also near the entrance, it was a self entry so it was quite noisy.

breakfast was not applicable here, though plenty of nearby options exist. this provided flexibility to explore local cafes and restaurants. this arrangement works well for travelers preferring independent dining experiences.

the staff was friendly and considerate. the team was responsive to my questions. a kind employee offered an extra free hour before checkout. it was very appreciated.

the location is excellent, close to attractions and restaurants. stores are also nearby. the guest house is a reasonable walking distance to the bus station. (i didn't rent a car).

club storage was available in the lobby area. the sitting room downstairs includes a billiard table. there is just enough of a library for a short stay. i found this very convenient.

the location prove itself central, providing easy access. The bathroom presented modern fixtures with AN excellent shower.
the carpet showed age, and need updating. our room, on ground floor, was near a busy street, causing noise from cars and people.

street noise old carpet
The location was really central. It helped me get everywhere easily.
my room faced the street, and i heard noise late at night. it was from people leaving a club, i think, and then the seagulls started early. also, the carpet in the room definitely needed replacing, it looked quite old and worn.
