clean room comfortable bed great amenities uncontrolled heating heavy window open fire door
The room was clean , and the bed proved very comfortable. I found all of the amenities to be great. Breakfast was simple , yet it offered more than enough to properly begin my day.
The heating was not something I could adjust myself. I found the window too heavy for me to open. I noticed the fire door next to my room was propped open , contrary to its warning sticker.

a bit underwhelming, honestly
small room limited storage
The room was smaller THAN i expected. storage space felt limited. I struggled a bit to fit all my belongings. also, the location wasn't AS central as i hoped, it required bus rides to reach MANY attractions.

The location is near bus lines. These bus lines provided easy access to the city center. There are food places and cafes nearby. The hotel was clean and tidy.
The heating could not be controlled in the room. Opening the window was difficult because it was heavy. Breakfast was not served at the hotel.

i enjoyed my stay! the staff were helpful. the location is very good, and it is easy to explore the area. i would return for another visit.
the heating system was not controllable. the window was difficult to open.

the single room had a private bathroom, i appreciated that. the staff were helpful when i asked about local transport options. i found the room very clean. the location made it easy to catch buses to the city center.
The heating system was not adjustable in my room. It stayed a little too warm for my preference.

the hotel is near bus stops and i easily accessed the city center via public transportation. there is a coop opposite the hotel providing convenient access to essentials if needed. the area is also close to the water of leith walkway.

The hotel provided free coffee and tea which i thought was a nice touch. the building appears as a historic casarão, which adds to its charm. the accommodation offers transport information to the airport. This was very helpful.

luggage storage bus stops
staff offered luggage storage, this was very helpful. the location is near bus stops, it made travel easy.

acceptable stay with some issues
uncontrollable heating dishonest staff
the heating was not controllable. i also found the window too heavy to open, a little disappointing. the wi-fi had a filter, which i didn't appreciate. when i asked about it, the staff member wasn't honest, and i really dislike being lied to.
