Really good Hosts and Delicious Breakfast

Andy and Sheila are really good hosts. They created a cute atmosphere. The room provided a tea and coffee tray, biscuits, water, and a sweet treat. Breakfast was excellent it was cooked perfectly and filling. A nice selection of cereals and fresh fruit was available. I also appreciated Andy printing a map to the train station for me.
Communication about check-in time was poor. I had to wait one hour to enter the hotel. This issue detracted from my overall experience.

The hosts, andy and sheila, created a cute atmosphere. the room featured a tea and coffee tray, with biscuits. i found a bottle of water and a sweet treat. breakfast was excellent. It was cooked perfectly and filling, complete with cereals and fresh fruit.
the shared bathroom arrangement was a minor inconvenience, although it was kept very clean.

the breakfast area had six tables, each seating four people. fresh fruit and a variety of cereals were available. coffee and tea were served promptly. newspapers were provided reading in the morning.

Andy gave us a warm welcome! Two adorable dogs. I received a packed lunch for my early start. The hosts were very helpful .
I found very poor communication regarding the check-in time, and I had to wait a little before accessing the hotel.

the hosts were cute. breakfast was good and i enjoyed the selection of cereals and fresh fruit available. the room included a tea and coffee tray, biscuits, and a bottle of water.
Communication about check-in time was poor. I had to wait an hour. a credit card payment incurred a 3% fee. the bathroom was shared, not ideal.
