Convenient Stay with Excellent Restaurant Discount

The staff was very helpful and friendly . I received a discount at the on-site italian restaurant (a great perk). My room was nice and neat (a welcome sight after a long day). The car park located right in front was very convenient.
The shower pressure could have been better.

Super Friendly and Convenient Stay!

helpful staff comfortable beds
The staff were SO friendly and helpful! Beds were super comfortable. I would stay there again. The location was good as well. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the railway station. bus stops are only a minute away. AMAZING!
The room smelled slightly of old grease and spices, something I found a bit off-putting. the bathroom soap bottles were a little disgusting. The water to make the tea tasted stale. Static affected the TV, and the channels were limited.

easy access convenient discount on-site parking
the location offered easy access to buses and a train station it was really convenient i had a discount at the restaurant i enjoyed the meals there. the staff showed me to my room and explained checkout they gave me directions. there was a car park right in front i did not try room service but it smelled lovely.
the window in my room had a crack and the heating made some noises

friendly staff comfortable bed new bedding
the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable, especially the bedding. i safety was good (as a solo female traveller) in this new environment. i also enjoyed a 20% discount at the delicious italian restaurant onsite.
the shower had inconsistent temperature, sometimes hot then ice cold.

The restaurant downstairs offered convenient room service, though i did not try the food myself. the car park located directly in front of the building was quite convenient. the staff showed me my room and facilities and gave instructions for an early checkout. I found this helpful.
i noticed a slight stickiness to the carpets on the stairs.
