temperature control coffee machine quick delivery helpful bar
The room had good temperature control. Tea and coffee making facilities were available with a coffee machine included. I found a second quilt quickly delivered when I requested it. The bar tender knew the difference between drinks and was helpful.
The bin bag in the bedroom bin was split and there was an oily residue in the bin.

shower issue mouldy grout
the location was acceptable and near public transport.
i found the room quite disappointing. the bathroom was awful, with mould all over the grout and a leaky shower (it was a standard double). the staff member at check-in didn't smile, and the room lacked complimentary water, unlike other hotels i have visited.

My room was a Standard King Sofa. It included tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The room temperature was easy to control.
The bathroom fan was a bit loud.

weak shower pressure basic breakfast buffet
The location was acceptable and close to transportation options. It was easy to access the train station from there
The bathroom was not good at all. The shower pressure was weak and I had some trouble getting in and out of the bathtub. The breakfast buffet seemed basic and was not worth the price

convenient and well-located stay
great breakfast good location
the room size was great. breakfast was excellent. location was very good! close to rail, bus, tram station. good restaurants were only a walking distance. i appreciated the proximity to public transport. the range of dining options nearby was also a plus.
first impressions were not great. we were met with not the friendliest staff. i found this disappointing upon arrival.

fantastic stay!
room space friendly staff easy access
haymarket station is really close, there were restaurants and shops everywhere. the room had so much space, and the bed was very big. the staff was friendly!!! it was easy to get to the center, either walking or using the train.
the corridor carpets had some stains. i didn't think it gave a great first impression.
