decent stay with minor drawbacks

nice ground very nice restaurant relaxing bath small room air conditioning no water
the grounds impressed me , they were nice. the meikle restaurant provided an very nice dining experience. the food was five stars. the victorian baths offered fantastic relaxation.
our family room felt quite small , it was dated. the room lacked air conditioning , which was noticeable during a warm weekend. not all rooms included fridges and water was not provided.

Excellent Family Hotel Experience

restaurant variety accommodating staff refreshing drink
The variety of restaurants offered excellent choices. The service at the terrace bar was fantastic. The staff were very accommodating. The drinks were spot on. The hole in one cocktail was very refreshing.
I found the room to be a little noisy. I could hear everything in the neighboring room. Children were running in the hallway. The noise level was difficult.

The hotel has a great pool and nice restaurant options. There is something for everyone. Glen's Adventure Park is a highlight for children. It is an absolute must-visit attraction. I thought that the free on-site cinema was a bonus.

the room included a king bed, it was great. the tv was large, it had many channels. the bathroom included toiletries, i liked this.
the hallways could use new paint, i noticed this.

fabulous band lovely meal refurbished room awful pillows cold breakfast toast machine
The Christmas party night was awesome. the band was fantastic, and the meal was so lovely! georgio and andrew at the bar were amazing. alvaro looked behind the bar and really made my night! the rooms are newly refurbished. Areas of the hotel are looking fabulous!
i found the pillows awful! they offer no support. my neck felt uncomfortable. the meat eaters in our group were not happy about the cold hot breakfast. there was also a queue for toast because there was only one machine.

amazing family getaway!

clean changing rooms delicious option hot stone massage
The pool was a real hit with the kids. The clean changing rooms were super! we really enjoyed the wide variety of delicious options at breakfast, so everyone found something they loved. the victorian spa was relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the hot stone massage!
our room was a bit far from the main areas. this meant a longer walk, especially with tired kids at the end of the day.
