The queen street view from the one bedroom suite was awesome!!! the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking meals. I really liked that. reception super nice team and kind. they gave me excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, it was amazing!!!
The hot water sometimes took a few minutes to warm up in the shower. It was a slight delay.

separate lounge kitchen area
the apartment had a perfect location, only a short walk to nearby tourist spots. it felt quite spacious with a separate lounge plus a kitchen area. it was also super clean and newly refurbished. the staff was kind enough to take care of an item i forgot and returned it to me.
the wooden floor made some noise.

mixed experience , some issues with the apartment

awful check-in hot water
the apartment had a decent size with two bedrooms , one living room plus kitchen.
the check-in process was awful , as i arrived after 6 and the key wouldn't work. it took almost two hours to get in , and i seemed to be passed from pillar to post on the phone trying to resolve it. a better system needs to put in place for if this happens in the future. also , hot water runs out quickly , so make your showers fast.

missing view heating system
the room had no view at all. i mean, seriously, none! also, i had a terrible time trying to figure out the heating system. there were no instructions, so i ended up freezing most of the time. it was quite frustrating!!!

Central Stay, A Charmed Experience!

central location on-site washer attentive staff
I adored the location. It provided easy access to central attractions. The apartment itself offered a washing machine right in the unit. I also found the front desk staff very attentive. They seemed happy to assist with any inquiries.
I noticed some noise from the wooden floors in the apartment. This issue occurred sporadically. I think more thorough soundproofing could GREATLY enhance the overall experience.

spacious suite homely feel
The studio suite garden view was very spacious with a homely feel. i found the location amazing. I could easily walk into the heart of the city in just a few minutes (it.).
The portal needed to open doors took two to three mins to open. I noticed there was no way to manually lock the door once inside.
