the breakfast had good variety. the host kevin was friendly. our room was large and comfortable. the beds were comfortable.
i could not use the bath because there was no hot water. the bathroom was quite cold. my room was quite small.

clear information nice quality fresh breakfast personal service
i found clear information for accessing the hotel. the rooms were not huge, yet they had nice quality, and were recently refurbished. the breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. the service was very friendly and felt quite personal.
my bathroom was a little cold, i think i would have appreciated a bit more heat there.

Decent Location, Underwhelming Breakfast

halved scone soft mattress
The location was pretty good. Many restaurants and pubs were within a reasonable distance.
The breakfast seemed like a cost-cutting exercise. Serving a halved potato scone is just sad. I think a mattress upgrade is needed. It was too soft, almost broken. not worth the price per night.

charming stay near the old course

excellent location public parking soft towels
i found the location excellent. we managed to find free public parking nearby, a bonus. i especially liked the shower and the soft towels available in the room (a small luxury!).
the bathroom did feel a little chilly.
