comfortable bed nice touch friendly staff warm welcome
my king room was nicely decorated the bed was comfortable. the tea and biscuits in the room were a nice touch i found. the staff at the tea room across the road were friendly. i appreciated the warm welcome i received upon arrival it felt very personal.
the parking situation was a little unclear one evening as spaces were not clearly marked leading to some temporary inconvenience

The room was spacious. I enjoyed being greeted and escorted directly to my room. A bus stop just outside the front door proved very convenient.

The bus stop right outside was super handy! i used it to explore the area. the staff in the tearoom were lovely. indeed!
the bathroom was quite small! it felt a bit cramped. also, the street noise was noticeable especially during the early morning, sadly.

The room upgrade was a treat. I appreciated the Scottish Irn Bru and tea cakes provided. Staff gave helpful restaurant recommendations. I wish I had booked more nights!
Street noise was noticeable, and the bathroom felt small and outdated. I found it slightly difficult to get a parking spot one evening.

The room had iron bru and tunnocks, a lovely local touch. the location was great and the room quite spacious, which i appreciated after a long day of travelling! the staff were very helpful. They provided useful information about the area.
The parking was a bit random. Cars were not parked in marked spaces, and it was difficult to find a spot. this made parking inconvenient after returning late one evening, though it was sorted out.
