great location clean room comfortable bed missing hook missing towel bar missing surface
the location was AMAZING. i loved being so close to everything. the room was also very well-equipped and clean. the bed was super comfortable!
sadly, there were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. i also found there were no surfaces for products in the bath or shower. it made things a bit inconvenient.

I really loved the convenient location. It was so easy to get around! The room had nice in-room amenities. I was happy with them.
The room felt small, I think it could have been bigger. it was very noisy. I was not able to sleep so well.

small room, disappointing view
undesirable view small bathroom
The location was acceptable, close to the west end tram stop, making it convenient for getting around.
I found the room size disappointing. The coates room was located on a half basement level, directly overlooking an alley where garbage containers are stored. The view was undesirable, and no photos on the website indicate this. The room was very small with a tiny bathroom and no storage.
