the room was beautiful! it was a four poster room. the breakfast was also freshly cooked with fresh produce. the staff were friendly. it.!!
the showers had nice appearance, but water pressure was somewhat lacking.

AN AMAZING CASTLE EXPERIENCE!

sizeable room comfy bed free parking
I enjoyed the sizeable room with its very comfy bed. The evening meal was also great. I appreciated that free parking was right in front of the place. This made bringing in luggage MUCH easier.
The signage to the rooms felt a little tired.

a dream in stone

tower room grand piano fresh pastry
I really adored our tower room. It had such a special feel. the grand piano near the dining room added romance to our evening. the pastries at breakfast were good. So fresh and tasty.
the bathroom light was a bit dim, it made applying makeup challenging!

friendly staff amazing views great food
the staff were cute and friendly. i received an upgrade to a superior room, it had amazing views. the food was great, and i enjoyed my time at the bar with some locals while watching football and darts.
the room seems fairly nice, but the hotel restaurant is bad.

disappointing service marred the stay

the room was big enough.
Waiting for breakfast took far too long. It was like forever. the door lock didn't work properly either. finding no one at reception when i needed help was frustrating.
