I found the breakfast amazing. I appreciated the good selection. The staff was friendly and cute. The location was advantageous, close to transportation and shopping. I also appreciated the free dram upon arrival. It was a nice touch.
The room looked very tired and needed repainting. I noticed scuff marks on the walls.

Fergus connected my devices to the WiFi, so I could work effectively. Fiona, the manager, arranged a taxi for me to the airport in the middle of the night. I received excellent service.

awesome breakfast friendly staff comfy bed
the breakfast was fantastic (i especially loved the scottish options). i also found the staff super friendly and helpful with directions. the room was very clean and the bed really comfy too.
the water pressure in the shower was a little low.

I appreciated the location. It allowed for easy access to key areas. The staff extended a warm welcome with a dram of whisky upon my arrival, a nice touch. They clearly explained the key system for nighttime access and breakfast arrangements. I found the breakfast selection to be good, with both hot options, cereals, pastries, and fruit.
I did notice that the room looked a little worn. There were scuff marks on the walls.

The personnel provided a warm greeting! The check-in process was quick. I found the staff nice, helpful, and cute. The location is central and convenient, offering easy access to key attractions and transportation.
The hot water tap was quite a trickle, so it took a while to fill the bath.

large bedroom good-sized bathroom great information nice touch
the bedroom was really large, clean and had a good sized ensuite bathroom! a staff member explained where the nearest grocery shops, bars and restaurants were, a nice touch. i was informed about my bed and breakfast stay and the key system for getting into the hotel later at night. also, i knew where breakfast would be served!

underwhelming stay

scuff marks burning smell
the location proved acceptable.
the room looked tired, actually. i saw scuff marks everywhere and i could not find the brochures i expected , due to a thick layer of dust. the hairdryer cut out after a minute and emitted a burning smell.
