small room street noise
the room size was smaller than expected. noise from the street and nearby pub was an issue. the large shower head made it impossible to avoid getting my hair wet, quite inconvenient. there was no lift, and i had to carry my luggage up a narrow staircase. i found this quite tiring after a long day of travel.

nice shower friendly staff convenient location supermarket across
the room was nicely decorated , and i found the shower good. staff were friendly and helpful . the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to bus routes into the city centre. i also appreciated the supermarket just across the street for any necessities.
the music from the bar downstairs was slightly audible until closing time.

Fantastic Stay!

The location was super convenient. Bus stops were right nearby! They arranged free parking for me. That was a nice surprise. My room had a super clean bathroom and everything was clean, i liked it, the super nice team. The restaurant downstairs offered very tasty food. I really enjoyed dining there.
My room faced the main road, and it was a bit noisy due to traffic. but nothing to be bothered of, i sleep with earplugs!

The staff was polite and very accommodating . They offered helpful travel tips. Emma was a lovely waitress. she handled check-in. She did a fantastic job!

clean room updated room small room loud music
the room was clean and updated. the owner and the staffs treat me very well. they were attentive to my food allergies, i appreciate that.
the room was very small. i can hear the music from the bar until they close. i also hear people coming back in the early hours.
