Mixed experience due to maintenance issues
no hot water no discount
The host was helpful during check-in.
The boiler was out of service for two days, so there was NO hot water for showers. The host offered NO discount, though the problem remained unresolved until my departure. VERY frustrating.

FANTASTIC Stay!
attentive host thoughtful tea helpful staff great communication
Keiko was SUCH an attentive host. I REALLY appreciated the thoughtful tea tray in my room. The staff were helpful, and the location was great (close to everything!). The site staff provided great communication, so there was no interference .
My room was a LITTLE small. The bed felt somewhat squashed inside, but that's ALL.

really good stay!
available host excellent communication complimentary cosmetics
the host, keiko, was always available, a real plus! communication was excellent both before and . i found complimentary cosmetics plus makeup remover, a very nice touch. i really appreciated the offer to fill my travel cup with coffee upon leaving.
I noticed a slight creaking sound from the stairs. It's minor but noticeable.

Though i booked room only, the breakfast smelled AMAZING!!! it was offered bar cash. i did not have breakfast included. breakfast cost 15 eur or 15 gbp if you wanted it.

Great Location and Responsive Hosts!
great location responsive hosts lovely garden view
The location is wonderful. I could easily walk to many attractions or hop on a bus just a block away. The hosts responded quickly and made sure all my needs were met. My room provided a lovely garden view.. it was peaceful. The staff replaced tea and coffee in the room daily. I also appreciated the plentiful supply of clean cups.
I found the bathroom to be quite small, made moving around a bit challenging.

My single room on the lower floor was lovely and clean. The toilet and shower were separate but right next door, and both had locks. The room included all necessary amenities.

Excellent Stay, Great Host
helpful staff room amenities kind gesture cozy room
The staff was helpful and communicative. The room had nice amenities such as body cream and cotton buds. Tea and snacks were offered, a really kind gesture. The room was cozy, it was like my own space.
The en-suite was squeezed into the corner of the room though it was very small.

The guest house is close to the city center. It is situated on a quiet street away from tourist areas. There are many cafes located nearby, made dining options convenient.

The room and common areas were very clean. Tea and coffee were plentiful. The rooms had enough cups so there was a spare. They replaced them daily, a very nice touch!
