i discovered a peaceful haven. the location is convenient to edinburgh. a bus service runs frequently to the city. the nearby train station provides rapid access to edinburgh. i found a tesco superstore nearby for all essential needs. several restaurants are also in the area for dining.
i noticed the breakfast was basic. i was hoping for cooked options. this left me somewhat disappointed. i feel that a cooked option would enhance the breakfast experience.

charming stay!

helpful staff comfortable bed
The staff quickly provided tea and milk when i requested it. A very welcome touch. the room was warm and the bed felt comfortable, perfect for a restful night! i found plenty of parking available near the entrance.
The sink in the bathroom was quite small. This made washing a bit inconvenient.

My double room included extra pillows and duvets for additional comfort, very thoughtful! fresh toiletries were supplied. This added convenience to my stay and i didn't expect that. the room's cleanliness impressed me. Everything seemed well-kept.

The location proved quite peaceful. It helped me relax ! the guest house's position at the back of the main building gave a feeling of privacy, which i really liked. a decking area was available. I enjoyed relaxing there with a coffee.

convenient access and friendly service

easy access excellent location nearby restaurant
the location is excellent with easy access to transport links. the bus stop is nearby providing frequent service to the city. i found a tesco superstore close for essentials i needed. there are also several restaurants in the area if you prefer to dine out.
i noticed some maintenance is needed as there were scuffs on the walls. the small sink in the bathroom made things a little difficult.

a peaceful getaway

coastal villages forth bridge convenient restaurants
the location allowed us to explore the coastal villages nearby, i loved our trips to see the iconic forth bridge. there was also a tesco superstore nearby, it was great for grabbing snacks. dining out was convenient, i found a few restaurants in the area, and they were really good.
I noticed some minor scuffs on the walls. they were really easy to overlook.

there was a bus service running every 15 minutes, this went to and from the city. the bus stop was close, it made travelling easy. the train station was also nearby, this gave quick access to edinburgh's waverley station.

the staff was very helpful! i had to ask for tea and milk for the room and this was quickly dealt with. a warm room and comfortable bed, i liked that. the location was good for my needs.
The whole place felt outdated, it's true. the breakfast was very simple, this i noticed. toast with jam and butter were available. the room wasn't cleaned . I had to ask for a new towel and bin bag.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. My room included tea and coffee making facilities which I found handy. I appreciated that the hotel was close to public transport hubs. Free parking was available. This made travel easy.
The bathroom lacked hooks and towel racks. There was also no hand towel.
