fantastic stay!

safe parking delicious meal

the staff were cute. there was ample safe and secure car parking on site to accommodate my needs. the evening meal was delicious, and the breakfast was the perfect way to start my day (especially the pancakes!).

i arrived and noticed the room was a little too hot. i had to open windows (maybe it was just because i was on top floor). other than that, it was a great stay, and i would definitely return.

the location overlooked green pastures with sheep, a beautiful sight.

I found the limited staffing a problem. I had to wait several minutes to be seated at breakfast. a 4-star hotel should have enough staff to assist guests. this added to a sense of neglect

the bedroom was large.

The service was poor. Evening meals didn't start until 7 pm! the breakfast started too late at 7:30 am for those working. a breakfast to-go bag was given the night before. This is hardly acceptable.

i found the room very clean and the bed quite comfy! the staff were cute and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. secure car parking was ample, easily accommodating all guests. the evening meal was delicious, a great start to the evening.

i noticed the number of signs with 'do not' instructions around the grounds seemed excessive.
