fantastic stay!
safe parking delicious meal
the staff were cute. there was ample safe and secure car parking on site to accommodate my needs. the evening meal was delicious, and the breakfast was the perfect way to start my day (especially the pancakes!).
i arrived and noticed the room was a little too hot. i had to open windows (maybe it was just because i was on top floor). other than that, it was a great stay, and i would definitely return.

The room was amazing. It was nice and large, very clean and tidy. the location was so quiet and peaceful. it had everything i needed, and it was very comfortable.

mixed feelings about my recent stay
beautiful location green pastures limited staffing sense of neglect
the location overlooked green pastures with sheep, a beautiful sight.
I found the limited staffing a problem. I had to wait several minutes to be seated at breakfast. a 4-star hotel should have enough staff to assist guests. this added to a sense of neglect

poor service late breakfast
the bedroom was large.
The service was poor. Evening meals didn't start until 7 pm! the breakfast started too late at 7:30 am for those working. a breakfast to-go bag was given the night before. This is hardly acceptable.

a relaxing and quiet experience
clean room comfy bed helpful staff
i found the room very clean and the bed quite comfy! the staff were cute and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. secure car parking was ample, easily accommodating all guests. the evening meal was delicious, a great start to the evening.
i noticed the number of signs with 'do not' instructions around the grounds seemed excessive.

The hotel location is reasonably central, with easy access to nearby amenities. It provided a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area. the surroundings offered a peaceful ambiance.

The staff were attentive, promptly addressing requests and inquiries. Their professionalism was evident throughout my interactions. i witnessed quick arrangement of specific requests, showing a good level of responsiveness.

The room included a mezzanine sitting area and a balcony. It offered additional space and a pleasant outdoor area. the room was spacious. Parking was conveniently located right outside.

The breakfast menu required pre-ordering of every item. It allowed for customization. breakfast was made to order, and i found the dinner service really good. The hotel sent me the menu prior to arrival.
