Underwhelming Stay, Issues Noted

sagging mattress fluctuating temperature
I found some real issues . the mattress sagged badly. It seemed like i was sleeping in a hole. the shower had problems. its temperature fluctuated wildly, going from scalding hot to freezing cold without warning. i also noticed cobwebs in the corners of the room. Clearly housekeeping missed some spots.
