I found my room to be lovely. it had all of the creature comforts i needed and was very comfortable. natalie was especially helpful, she arranged for us to stay in the same room for a second night after a last minute change of plans. I really appreciated that.

It was a little harder to find. It was nice to be more excluded from everything though.

There was a large parking lot available and local trails available for walking. I noticed they offer laundry service at a reasonable price, as well. the hotel rooms were accessible from the ground floor.

this hotel is situated in a quiet area, and it is just a few minutes walk from the train station. the train made it convenient to go to edinburgh. a nearby supermarket ensured easy access to daily needs.

the staff were kind and helpful, especially natalie, who assisted with a last minute room change. i found the whatsapp communication to be instant and effective. i was able to easily resolve all queries quickly.

Really good Experience, A Must-Visit!

The room was very cozy. Everything was clean. The beds were comfy. The TV worked. That is something we find often does not happen in most hotels. Natalie was helpful. She arranged for us to stay in the same room for a second night because we had a last minute change of plans.

I don't think they are clear enough in the pictures what you are getting. I was under the impression the rooms looked like the lodges, where they definitely don't.

The food in the bistro was FANTASTIC!!! The restaurant is excellent. The staff are wonderful. The food is also fantastic. I found the bistro to be really good and well worth visiting for an evening meal.
