Underwhelming stay. Some issues noted

slow breakfast service missing amenities
The room felt colder than it should. i had to ask for extra blankets, however, this did little to improve the situation. the breakfast service was slow and a bit chaotic. Staff seemed stretched thin. there was often a wait to be seated, and getting simple things like coffee took much longer than it should have. this impacted my mornings negatively. also, the bathroom lacked basic amenities.

an okay stay with some issues

room trash hotel bathroom
The location was acceptable with a bus stop nearby. It was easy to reach the city center.
The room was not properly cleaned. I found some trash left by previous guests. this made me question the cleanliness of the entire facility, especially the bathroom. the hotel management only apologized. This was insufficient to address the issue, and i left frustrated.
