onsite restaurant decent restaurant offer no response poor customer service bothered owner
the restaurant onsite had a decent offer. i found it within a bus ride of the city center!
i contacted the inn twice before writing this review but they failed to respond! i guess the owner couldn't be bothered. the overall impression of management is that customer service is not a priority.

nice stay!

great breakfast good pressure
The breakfast was great, especially the large portion. i got both haggis and black pudding. the room colors were cute and i liked the bath. Good water pressure was present in the shower.

faulty toilet expired yogurt
The room I got was not excellent at all. The toilet did not flush properly (I did report it, but nothing happened). Breakfast was quite poor. They had a Greek yogurt in a plastic pot from the supermarket with an expired date. (I was surprised to see that!)

friendly staff charger sockets great breakfast
the staff was friendly and helpful . my room included phone charger sockets (very useful). the breakfast was great with lots of choice included in the price.
my room was a bit noisy because it was near the street.

warm breakfast onsite pub
The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. It was convenient for travel. Breakfast included warm options daily. The pub onsite was also nice in the evening.

my standard double room was clean. the bus stop outside the hotel offered convenient transport to the city center. the en-suite bathroom had fresh towels. i appreciated the warm breakfast available each morning.
the wall paint had a small scratch.
