a lovely stay in leith

welcome sherry convenient location easy transport
the sherry on arrival was a nice touch. i found the location worked well with my plans around the leith area. bus transport to the city center was very convenient.
the room lacked a fridge, i had to use a small fridge in the dining room.

the staff ensured my room received thorough cleaning daily. the king room featured ample space and provided comfortable rest. i found complimentary sherry awaiting my arrival. it was a nice touch. the house overlooks greenery and i had a pleasant surprise.
the room temperature got a bit warm, requiring the window to be opened. bugs entered as a result.

Nice Stay at Charming Location

friendly staff quiet atmosphere ample space
The staff offered a friendly welcome, it was lovely. The room provided ample space and a quiet atmosphere that helped greatly for rest. Maintenance of the premises also pleased me and proved to be meticulous. I found the hotel very clean and neat.
The lack of a refrigerator affected the overall experience. This became especially problematic due to my need to keep certain items at a consistent temperature. I hope the hotel considers adding fridges to each room soon. I was otherwise delighted with my visit.

amazing stay near leith links!

spacious room clean toilet quiet location
i got a very spacious king room it had a super clean toilet. it was great to find it near the city center next to big supermarkets. night time was very quiet. the bus stop right outside made getting around easy.
the shower pressure was a little low, but it was manageable.

park view friendly welcome cosy accommodation welcome touch
the room faced the park, offering a great view from the upper floor. lucas gave a super friendly welcome and helpful advice. the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and cosy. i also found a welcome touch of sherry and shortbread after my stressful travel day.
the sink was clogged. it couldn't be fixed .

The location offered convenient access to various points of interest. Leith walk was within walking distance. there were good bus connections nearby. The staff i encountered were friendly.
My room felt somewhat worn. several lights were not working. the shower door was damaged making it difficult to open. the room door banged in the wind.
