rural charm and great breakfast!

spacious room rural feel deer sighting
i booked the stay as a stopover on a longer trip. the location proved perfect. the rooms were very spacious. i spotted deer in the fields near the hotel.
the gravel parking was extensive. tarmac was available. i am sure motorcycle parking could be arranged upon request.

The room featured modern fittings and a new shower room! coffees, teas, and biscuits were provided in good quantity. plentiful cartons of milk were a nice addition. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast included muesli, cereals, juice, and fruit. toast and eggs were prepared in various styles, including a scottish breakfast. the breakfast was very good and plentiful. I really enjoyed it

adequate stay but some issues

impersonal atmosphere absent small talk
the room was clean it was well kept.
the breakfast setup required me to order the night before i arrived i found this inconvenient. there was no initial greeting upon arrival and felt impersonal. small talk was absent which i would expect in such an hotel

a QUIET farm stay

excellent site efficient run lovely breakfast ample room
the site was excellent and managed efficiently. it was as if everything one might need was available. Breakfast was lovely, with all items cooked to order for everyone. the rooms are clean with ample space for luggage storage.
The entrance for check-in was not clear. It seemed like a backdoor. it lacked signs, the lights were off, and it was next to the bins.
