decent village stay

restaurant food triple-cooked chips helpful staff poor wine warm wine chilled beer
the food in the restaurant was great. i had a burger and triple-cooked chips one evening (it was a generous portion!). the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay, always smiling and ready to assist.
The white wine i ordered wasn't great. It tasted a bit cheap. it was also served warm, which wasn't very refreshing. the beer was too chilled for my liking.

ample windows spacious dining area lovely beer garden
I appreciated the ample windows in my room. These windows provided great ventilation and light. The traditional Inn also included a spacious dining area. I liked the lovely beer garden, perfect for catching some sun.
