check-in was fast. the staff was cheerful. breakfast was great and quickly served. the checkout process was also quick and easy.

the room temperature was slightly too warm for my liking.

this hotel is located perfectly for walking around the town, it's very central! there were lots of independent shops and food choices close by. i found lovely walking tracks a short distance away, perfect for an afternoon stroll.

fantastic stay!

attentive staff clean room great value

i was thrilled the staff were so attentive. i called about an early check-in because of a wedding nearby and my room was ready! the room was super clean, with lots of tea, coffee, and milk provided. the bed was comfy! plus, it reminded me of great value.

The fire alarm procedures seemed a bit disorganized. I noticed they didn't count guests after evacuation!

Convenient Stay with Friendly Staff

friendly staff easy parking

The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area and had easy parking. I found the king size room I had to be perfect and it had everything I needed. The shower provided superb hot water.

There was an unfresh aroma that seemed to permeate the stairs and corridors to the hotel rooms. I suspect the carpets need a good clean.
