high-quality cuisine friendly staff seamless dining experience
I found the dining experience to be really good. The chef prepared diverse menus daily, showcasing high-quality cuisine. The staff was always friendly and efficient. I particularly enjoyed having canapés in the lounge before dinner.

superb stay in a premier room
nice options elevated position calm ambiance excellent food
the food exceeded my expectations. the presentation was artful. the hotel boasts an elevated position that offers amazing views of the town (i enjoyed the scenery). the lounge had a calm ambiance.
the hotel is located up a hill, so it is a bit of a walk from the town centre.

the staff were friendly and cute. vicki, the manager, went out of her way to ensure my experience was nice. the team served expertly prepared meals with efficiency and courtesy.

unstable temperature shower issue
The staff were attentive and helpful with directions.
The shower was AWFUL. The water temperature fluctuated wildly from freezing cold to scalding hot with no control. This REALLY annoyed me.
