wonderful short stay
central location friendly staff clean room buffet options
i found the location quite central. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist with requests. my room was clean, and all the amenities were in working order. breakfast was a very nice buffet, with plenty of options to choose from.
the television signal sometimes stuttered, and this affected my viewing experience.

the beautiful suite had a separate sitting area and a large bathroom. it included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels were provided daily. the bed was very large with firm mattress.

really good stay
lovely rooms helpful staff private spa divine treatments
We found lovely rooms. the staff worked hard to give really good customer service. the spa is compact. It means you get to use it privately. treatments are divine with fabulous products, and a really skilled masseuse is available. the breakfast was the best i've had at a hotel in a long time.
we encountered a slight problem with the fire alarm with notification. it either was not maintained well or had some other problem. i recorded this issue and reported this to the front desk. i was told that they knew about this and will report to the manager.

The reception ensured we had iced water with lemon and fresh towels. they offered assistance when we required it. Nothing seemed too much trouble. the breakfast staff were friendly and kind.

the hotel included a spa facility that offered a great experience. prior to arrival, the staff also helped me out by contacting local pubs. they found out where i may be able to watch the football that night.

totally awesome stay!
huge bathroom separate tub double sinks stocked mini-fridge
I booked a beautiful suite and it was HUGE. the bathroom had a separate tub and shower. double sinks! the room had a mini-fridge stocked with drinks, which i thought was fantastic! the climate control kept everything perfectly cool. It was a real win.
i noticed a little dust on a high shelf, that's it.

the breakfast choices impressed me greatly. i found the staff helpful. i found the hotel cleanliness very good.
the spa was not fully operational. the steam room smelled bad, this really let me down. there was no kettle in my room. i really wanted to make my own hot drinks.

The hotel has a perfect central location. the room provided everything i needed for my stay. the bathroom included both a bath and a separate shower. This was really convenient. breakfast was delicious with a variety of options!!! i appreciate that.
the walls are very thin and allow a lot of outside noise to filter in.
