tram work loud noise

Staff were friendly and the room were very clean, that was nice.

It was really loud with diggers and drills right outside my room. I wish they would have told me about the tram work before I checked in, then I maybe could have moved.

The hotel was very close to the station so the arrival was easy. The reception staff were nice and very helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated. A bonus was the free items in the mini fridge, refilled daily.

The room was not quiet because there was a VERY LARGE motor outside that vibrated the windows. It was annoying! The room was also quite small. The hotel did not clearly state that each room could be different. The room sizes varied.

The service was friendly. The location is central, near the Playhouse. The room was comfortable. I found it to be an ideal location for a trip.

The room rates are overly priced. I found nothing particularly special about it. I paid quite a lot for just one night in a bog standard room. The bed was not comfortable at all.
