The room was spacious and clean. The location is great, close to both the tram and bus stations. The staff assisted with luggage due to the absence of a lift.

I found that the room was quite dusty. Only one blanket was provided.

The location was convenient. It offered easy access to public transportation! the staff provided helpful assistance with directions and local recommendations. i found the room to be clean, and it included all necessary amenities. the complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby were a thoughtful touch.

I noticed the building showed some signs of wear and tear. In some areas there was a general need for updating.

some issues detracted from the experience

bathroom smell musty smell

The bathroom was a REAL problem. There wasn't much hot water. It was intermittent. Plus, there was a weird smell. The hallway also smelled musty. I found that quite unpleasant.

Fantastic Location and Clean Room!

convenient location friendly staff generous supply

I found the hotel very close to the train station and convenient for transportation , it was also an easy tram ride from the airport. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were quite clean with nice bedding. I appreciated the generous supply of tea and coffee available in my room.

The window was difficult to close completely , so some street noise was noticeable at night.

somewhat underwhelming stay

the staff were helpful and always available at reception.

the room i was allocated was quite small and the sink plug was the wrong size, attached to the chain. stepping into the shower required a significant step up, over 12 inches, and there were no facilities for placing soap or shower gel, which i found inconvenient and somewhat dangerous upon exiting as there was no shower mat.

I found the room spacious. the hotel is very close to the station for trams, trains, and buses. This made travel easy. the staff were friendly too.

The hotel is basic for the price. It was clean, though it felt cold.
