Acceptable Stay with Room Issues

The hotel was in a good location, within walking distance of many popular places.
The room felt quite dated and wasn't thoroughly clean I found some cobwebs in the corner. The shower temperature was also inconsistent.

the reception provided excellent assistance. they gave me clear directions to the castle and helped with travel arrangements. the room included a safe for valuables and an ironing board with an iron. it proved very convenient for keeping clothes crisp.
the television in the room did not function properly.

Amazing Stay!

The hotel staff was very helpful with directions and local tips! The location allowed quick access to nearby attractions and public transportation. I really liked how clean the room was. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day. I am super impressed. I loved having a cozy space after exploring all day!
The Wi-Fi was sometimes slow and unreliable! It made it difficult to stream videos or do video calls without interruptions, a little frustrating when I needed to work.

The reception staff offered very prompt assistance with luggage storage and check-in, very appreciated. They were attentive to requests and seemed eager to ensure every guest had a positive experience, amazing!

dirty carpet poor lock
the shower tray had old, brown edges. i found the carpet dirty. i noticed a very poor lock on the bedroom door. the continental buffet breakfast did not meet expectations. the cheese slices were hard around the edges, indicating they had been out for multiple days.

fantastic stay!

easy walk delicious breakfast
the location suited me. it was an easy walk to the city center. the staff was helpful and personable. they were able to guide me on bus routes. the breakfast available was delicious.
i found the stairs a bit challenging. there was no elevator available. this could be difficult with mobility issues.
