The staff was helpful. They ordered a taxi upon request. The room had a small fridge. It contained two bottles of water plus tea, coffee, and biscuits. There were microwaves available (that's very handy for heating up takeaways!). The room had bottled water, biscuits, and reliable WiFi. The bed was comfortable. I found a great selection of options for breakfast. The hotel provides a large car park at the rear of the hotel. The room was lovely. The bathroom was a great size. Everything was cosy and clean. I noticed the bird cage outside with budgies and a parrot (a very pleasant detail). Check-in was quick and easy. Everything was explained clearly. The meals were tasty. The restaurant offered good pub grub.
I experienced a slight noise issue due to the street traffic.

The hotel is close to shops. There is also a large car park available at the rear of the hotel. This makes access convenient. I found it strategic for traveling towards Edinburgh on the motorway.

The staff was helpful. The room had a fridge and a sofa. The bathroom was spacious (I really liked it).

busy street uncomfortable mattress
the staff were friendly. it was satisfactory.
I was really disappointed by the noise. the room faced a busy street. it was difficult to sleep with cars constantly passing. the mattress wasn't great either. I woke up with a sore back each morning.

the staff was super friendly and helpful i really appreciated that the breakfast was very good. the selection was great and i really enjoyed it. i loved the bird cage out back with budgies and a parrot it was such a nice touch!

the staff was friendly and helpful, it made arrival easy. the room was spacious with bottled water and biscuits provided. i appreciated the comfortable bed and slept well. the car park at the rear of the hotel was large and convenient.

clean room useful fridge parking space excellent pressure
the room was very clean. it had a fridge (very useful for storing drinks). there were plenty of car parking spaces available. i liked the excellent shower pressure.
