excellent stay near the tram
warm room helpful tram accommodating reception
the room was clean and warm. the tram stop is right next to the building, and it was very helpful when coming from the airport. reception was very accommodating, and that's appreciated. the staff also quickly helped me to retrieve my electric toothbrush the next day after i left it.
when a door opened or closed nearby, it sounded like someone opened my door, it was abit disconcerting.

the location felt peaceful and the staff responded quickly. the shower was amazing, it had great water pressure. the room was clean and had all necessary toiletries.
my room was small, though comfortable. i had only small teacups available, no proper mugs. the heating system was off for some hours during the night, and off again early in the morning, the room was cold.

the ensuite bathroom was clean and in very good condition. the bed also felt very clean , and it offered good comfort.

convenient location comfortable bed hot water
The location proved convenient. A short tram ride gave access to various locations. The bed was quite comfortable. the shower had good, hot water, which I appreciated after long days.
I noticed the towel rail was too high. This made it awkward to reach. A hook on the door would be more practical.
