slow wi-fi inconsistent connection
The breakfast included a selection of cooked options (I chose the Scottish breakfast).
The small TV in the room did not hold its tuning. The Wi-Fi connection proved slow and inconsistent throughout my stay.

super clean room comfortable bed unfriendly reception password information
the room was spotlessly clean. the bed was comfortable, so i had a restful night. there were tea and coffee facilities. the fridge in the room was a real bonus!
the reception by the host wasn't particularly friendly. there were no pleasantries exchanged other than showing me to my room. i wasn't told about the internet password or eatery recommendations! information was apparently in a drawer somewhere, but i was only staying one night. i didn't open any.

wonderful breakfast and attentive service

wonderful buffet scottish breakfast
the breakfast included a wonderful buffet and a flawless full scottish breakfast. rob was always available to attend requests. glenda worked hard to keep the food coming, a great combination indeed. the lovely breakfast was a great bonus at this competitive price.
the ensuite was small. the tv did not seem to hold its tuning. wifi was slow and intermittent.

smashing stay!

easy parking clean room
the parking was easy. the host was super friendly and efficient! rooms were spotlessly clean. the breakfast was tasty!
the room faced a very busy road all night. it was noisy, but the double glazing helped somewhat.

Breakfast was fabulous! i especially enjoyed the poached eggs on toast. the staff were really cute and helpful in the breakfast room too. They ensured everyone was taken care of during breakfast.
