the breakfast was acceptable..
I asked for hot water. The shower did not work. the bedside lamp cord was broken. the tv remote needed new batteries too.

the staff provided a warm, friendly welcome. the room included convenient tea and coffee making facilities. breakfast was gorgeous with many options offered. i will definitely return for another stay.
i noticed some dust on the skirting boards, it requires more thorough cleaning.

twin room spacious room available kettle nice staff badly lit pathway worn carpets threadbare step
the twin room i booked was quite spacious. a nice desk and a kettle were available. breakfast was indeed good, and the staff were a pleasure. the cooked breakfast daily was fantastic!!!
the pathway to the building was badly lit. it was also quite slippy with moss, i must admit. the carpets looked worn. the top step became more threadbare each time i used it. i consider it a safety hazard.

drink making facilities free wi-fi easy car parking grubby wall old carpet loud noise
the location works well on the outskirts. my room included drink-making facilities. the free wi-fi worked. car parking was easy with lots of space nearby.
walls needed painted. the carpet was old and needs replacing. the curtain did not cover the entire window. i got woken by a loud noise.

the staff was friendliest. the room included complimentary snacks and bottled water, it was charm. breakfast had several options and coffee was available, this was grand.
the walls was grubby and need a fresh paint coat. the carpet looked very old and must be replaced. the curtain did not cover all window during morning hours.
