shaped towels nice flowers
The staff were really friendly, i must say. the room was super clean. I found elephant-shaped towels (a nice touch!) and even flowers in the toilet roll (loved it!).
the stairs leading to my room seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a while (a very slight issue, though).

The staff were friendly and helpful. That was really nice.
My room was quite dated. the carpet had a large stain, and the bathroom smelled strongly of damp. also, i found exposed wiring in the bathroom. This didn't feel safe.

surprisingly good stay!
super clean room good breakfast friendly owner
The room was super clean, a standard double room, and everything was in order. the breakfast was very good. The chef really knows how to cook. i found the owner very friendly and always ready to help, so that's a big plus.
the room felt a bit too warm because the radiator in the bathroom was on. there was no way to turn it down, and the window didn't have a proper latch.

The inn is positioned near some decent walks perfect for morning strolls. I appreciated this. the surrounding area offers a quiet break from the hustle and bustle, a major plus for relaxation.

My standard double room was bright and big, so i had plenty of space to move around. the bathroom had all the necessary amenities, and the towels were fluffy and clean. That's always nice.
