bus stop helpful staff coffee facilities
I found the location very suitable for accessing the city center via bus the stop is very close. The staff sent forgotten shoes to my home address which i appreciate. The room had tea and coffee making facilities available which was beneficial for a quick beverage.
The keypad entry system for rooms and bathrooms was quite loud which occasionally disrupted the peace.

Breakfast service catered well to requests and maintained an appropriate schedule each morning. staff communication was effective providing timely updates regarding directions to the facility.

a reasonably good stay
convenient location clean room spacious room cold food bad quality few choices
the location was convenient for bus routes to the city centre. the room i had was clean and spacious which i appreciated. there were also shops and bars located a short distance away. i found this quite helpful.
The breakfast was not as good as i hoped. the food was of bad quality, and it was cold. i thought there were also few choices. the coffee was undrinkable. I found that disappointing.

excellent stay!
friendly host quiet room good location
The host was friendly and helpful. He offered city tips. the location was good. It was a direct and flat walk to the royal mile. my single room, located at the back, stayed very quiet despite facing a busy road.
The room lacked proper clothing storage facilities. It only had a hanging section with mismatched coat hangers.

food options access codes regular cleaning
The location had so many food options within a short walk! also, the access codes worked great for entering the guesthouse since there wasn't a reception. i thought the rooms were neat. They cleaned them regularly too!
The parking was a little tight. Especially with a bigger car
