pleasant seaside stay

friendly staff comfortable bed lovely breakfast quiet room
i found the staff friendly. the room included everything i needed for a two-night stay. the bed proved comfortable. breakfast was lovely (i especially enjoyed the food).
the room decor was quite dated.

amazing experience!

cosy bar helpful staff large room convenient location
the bar was super cosy , the staff were very helpful. the rooms were large and bright , so clean! the location is convenient , right by the station and at the end of the high street. i walked to the train station with ease , such a fantastic location.
the bedroom doors need painting , but overall the hotel was great.

strange smell tired decor
The room had a strange smell, I was told this happened because a chinese takeaway below had not cleaned its filters. The ensuite was too close to the bed and the door did not fit properly. You could hear everything through it. The decor seemed tired, and the photos are not representative.

warm welcome beautiful room clean room comfortable bed
i was welcomed warmly despite my late arrival. the room was beautiful, providing everything necessary. it was also nice and clean. the bed was large and comfortable. the hotel is convenient to where i needed to be and very central to the town. the room was huge with a sea view.

such a fab stay!

convenient location friendly staff great selection
the location is super convenient, it made exploring so easy. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely girl at the reception. breakfast had a great selection, and i really enjoyed the beers and spirits in the bar.
the shower didn't get warm quickly enough. it really needs to heat up faster!

excellent food and convenient location

crispiest batter lovely staff
the location is easy for walking to the sea. dinner and breakfast were both excellent. the fish had the crispiest batter i have ever tasted. the staff were lovely and the breakfast was great.
cleaning was not fantastic. i found dust and crumbs. shower water pressure was not great. the decoration needs refreshment.
