convenient location coffee facilities small room weak pressure
The location offered easy access to nearby bus stops. I also found it convenient that the room included tea and coffee facilities.
The room I booked was quite small. It felt somewhat cramped. the water pressure in the shower was weaker than I expected.

surprised by the room!
easy check-in clean room comfy bed
the code check-in was indeed easy. i found the room very clean. the bed was also comfy, which i appreciated after a long trip.
the room felt a bit small. there wasn't much space to hang clothes, inconvenient for my stay. i wish there were more options for storage.

i received great communication regarding check-in details prior to my arrival, ensuring a smooth process. the staff responded promptly to my queries and provided assistance efficiently, excellent. it really made a difference!!!

The location proved to be very convenient with public transport right at the front door. I found this useful. usb sockets were available, a lifesaver since i forgot my adapter. wifi access worked very well too.

The room was spacious with adequate amenities. I liked the location. Bus stops were very near. Access was easy and the instructions were good. The room was clean, warm, nicely decorated, and comfy.
Keys were not well labelled. Other guests had similar difficulties. The room was not as expected. It was very shabby. I noticed unclean tea, coffee, and sugar jars. One of the twin beds was uncomfortable.

a charming getaway
easy access clean place warm room
the location offered easy access. it was nice and clean. public transport was available nearby. i found it was easy to access. the instructions were good. the room was warm. it was nicely decorated. the bathroom was very convenient.
The room could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The bed's mattress needs replacing, as it felt quite worn and torn.

the check-in process was seamless. i received a code to access the keys on my check-in day. contact with staff was easy. friendly staff was available if needed. the staff were also polite.

the room included a large shower. the beautiful family suite was well equipped. the heater worked wonderfully. tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided. i found this very kind of them.
