clean room coffee supply responsive staff
The room was very clean. i found plenty of coffee and tea available. the staff was responsive through whatsapp. The lady there helped immediately when i struggled with the coffee machine.
the absence of an elevator proved challenging with luggage because i had to carry it to a higher floor.

Excellent City Center Stay
prime location excellent access helpful staff beautiful decor
The location was excellent. It allowed very easy access to key attractions. The breakfast from the cafe downstairs was also a definite highlight. The staff was friendly and very helpful . The room decor was beautiful and added to the overall experience.
The street noise on Saturday night was noticeable. Though it did not significantly disrupt my stay.

The room featured high ceilings and beautiful decor, it created a spacious feel. A double bed was quite large, this provided ample space for restful sleep. The sofa bed converts to a double, this is convenient for additional guests.

The bathroom was particularly large, it featured luxury fittings. The responsiveness via WhatsApp was appreciable. This ensured quick communication, the staff addressed inquiries promptly. The hotel offers jacuzzi, it is a great addition.

informal check-in door gaps
The check-in process at the cafe felt quite informal, almost haphazard. It did not inspire confidence. My room door also had noticeable gaps around its frame. These gaps made me question the security and soundproofing of the room. I could hear a lot of noise from both inside and outside the building.

Amazing Location and Cozy Suite!
perfect location great sleep
I found the location perfect. I was able to easily reach the airport. I also appreciated the fact it was within walking distance of most sites. There was also plenty of coffee and tea, I really enjoyed that. The lady working there helped us right away when we couldn't work the coffee machine!
The staircase was tight and circular, I found it a bit difficult to bring my luggage up. It would be difficult to navigate for some, especially with heavy bags. there was noise at night from the street.

The location is central! Nearby, guests can find great shops and various food places, amazing. It is very accessible from the train station, so transportation is simple, that's great.

The hotel was easy to find. Its location was convenient. I appreciated the 10% discount offered at their affiliated cafe for breakfast. It made mornings easier.
The shower water was difficult to get hot. The view from my room was only a brick wall, and a loud air conditioning unit ran constantly. I found this to be disturbing .

central location fresh towels welcome biscuits no elevator heavy luggage limited food options
the room was clean and in a central location. fresh towels were provided every day. the tea, coffee, and biscuits upon arrival were welcome (such a nice touch!).
the hotel did not have an elevator. i had four flights of stairs to climb with heavy luggage. there was no option for dinner or food, only pastries, and the place was closed early in the morning. i found this unprofessional.

central stay with character
gorgeous decor central location polite staff really good linen
The apartment decor was special and the location was wonderfully central. i found the staff polite, they always had a smile. my room was spacious and clean. the provided linen and towels felt really good. A nice touch.
the room was on a third floor, accessible only via stairs, and there was no elevator which was not ideal.

the café downstairs was a great convenience, offering delicious options right at the doorstep. i especially enjoyed the breakfasts, the cafe offered great coffee as well. the menu featured a variety of pastries and hot dishes.
