doggy gift bag amazing staff clean hotel

the staff were very kind and helpful. our dog received a doggie gift bag when we arrived, it was a lovely touch. the hotel was clean and the food was amazing.

i noticed no information booklet in the room, it should provide guest information.

the double room was very clean and comfy. it was good value. i found the staff very helpful. they were also really friendly.

for the money it wasn't worth it. everything was comfortable but nothing felt special. the breakfast was average.

the location was great , near the pool. the restaurant provided a nice dinner and breakfast service. the staff were very friendly.

the room was disappointing for what i paid. the decor and cleanliness felt tired. there was no fridge or air conditioning in the room.

grand grounds friendly staff plentiful breakfast

the grounds are well maintained and grand. i found the staff very friendly and professional throughout my stay. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the nick nairn kailyard restaurant it was plentiful and tasty. the suite upgrade with drinks and snacks included was a lovely surprise.

the swimming pool is in a separate building so the weather affected my willingness to use it.

wide variety dog friendly overpriced cocktails slow check

the staff were polite. breakfast offered a wide variety of options. i also appreciated the dog friendly spaces available. there was a lounge where you could relax with your dog and have a meal.

the hotel seemed to be undergoing refurbishment , but it lacked atmosphere. i noticed dust on surfaces in the bar and felt the cocktails were overpriced. check in was slow.
