The location provided convenient access to a tram stop directly outside. This made accessing various points of interest straightforward. The room I occupied was tidy. It contained all essential facilities.
The walls seemed rather thin. Sounds from the hallway were clearly audible.

tram station helpful team
The location proved convenient with the tram stop situated just across from the building. I appreciated the presence of a nearby supermarket. It made acquiring essentials very easy. The security measures in place. The team members were helpful and friendly.
The room lacked a refrigerator which limited my ability to store drinks and snacks. The absence of a television was also a small disappointment. It would be nice with a small fridge in the room.

Functional Stay Near Leith Walk

functional facilities clean room helpful staff
The location near Leith Walk suited me well. I found the room and facilities clean. Staff were friendly and helpful when I spoke with them (Paul at the reception was amazing!).
The shower felt a bit small. The door only opened halfway, so getting in and out felt tight. I also experienced no hot water one day.

the location felt central yet peaceful. amenities surrounded the hotel. the room size surprised me, it provided space to cook and work. the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival.
the window cleaning needed attention, impacting the view a little.

Simple and Sweet Stay

great accessibility sufficient space convenient store reliable wifi
the location offers great accessibility with the tram to the airport and buses to various destinations just outside the premises i walked to the royal mile in about twenty minutes a lovely little stroll. the room i occupied was sufficiently spacious for one person it had all i needed for a comfortable few nights. i found a tesco store very close it's a short walk and convenient. the wifi worked without any issues so i could stay connected.
the mattress i found was not the best it was a bit uncomfortable but i still managed to get some sleep

the accommodation is a manageable walk to waverley train station and princess street a walk took me about twenty minutes. there are two supermarkets nearby one is a tesco express and the other is sainsbury's local both offer easy access to groceries and snacks.
