perfect temperature quiet street view comfortable bed
the temperature in the room was perfect. i could see a quiet street from the window, i liked it very much. the beds were very comfortable and clean, i slept very well. they left tea and instant coffee, it was useful.

The location is great. Waverley station is easily accessible by bus in about 20 minutes! the staff were very friendly. the place was clean and well maintained. the cost was totally worth it!

the location has easy access to bus stops that go to and from the city center. grocery stores are nearby too. it is a short bus ride to the city center.

the staff is very helpful! they let me leave my bags at reception after check-out, even though my departure time was later. the owner is also accommodating and kind.

convenient location grocery store clean room daily housekeeping unreliable wifi faulty tv transactional conversation
the location is accessible by bus. a good grocery store is right around the corner, i found that convenient. the room was clean. housekeeping came every day.
The wifi did not work . the tv also did not work. the staff member just gave me the keys and directions to the room. I wished for a warmer reception.

The location is quite convenient, close to shops and public transport. The room was recently renovated, especially the toilet. The building itself is lovely. I appreciated its character. The owner was friendly and helpful during my brief stay..
The absence of a lift in the building posed a slight inconvenience, especially with luggage.
