a TRUE Gem in the City
high-quality finishes thoughtful touch complimentary coffee
The apartment featured beautiful decor and high-quality finishes, offering every facility I could desire, including robes and slippers. I discovered even umbrellas near the door, a true delight. The lounge presented complimentary coffee and pastries. It was a sweet touch for breakfast. I found it was a nice gesture while waiting to check in and out.
The hotel lacked proper noise insulation. I could hear people walking above, beside, and doors opening and closing. Every time I heard a noise, I thought someone was opening my door. It made sleeping a little challenging.

The staff displayed friendliness and provided assistance promptly. I noticed the employees handled all requests with care. I was very happy with the service. The staff cared and tried their BEST!!!

central location complimentary pastries street noise impersonal check-in
The location was superb. I could easily walk to many attractions. The complimentary pastries and coffee in the lounge were a welcome treat. The pastries were AMAZING!!!
The room lacked soundproofing, and street noise was very noticeable. This affected my sleep. The check-in process using the screens felt impersonal. I missed having a human interaction.

The location was superb it was close to everything. The room was very clean the little kitchen was well equipped. Complimentary coffee and pastries were lovely in the lounge. The staff provided a tablet in the room so we could easily communicate with them.
The lift was out of service for the entire week. The hotel is poorly noise proofed I could hear people walking above and in the rooms beside. The AC was super loud I could hear it from the room next door. The WiFi never worked for us.

espa toiletries underfloor heating black-out curtains complimentary sweet breads
i loved that the room came with espa toiletries (such a nice touch!). underfloor heating in the shower room. the black-out curtains worked great, i slept so well. i was greeted with complimentary sweet breads offered each morning in the lounge.
The ac was a bit loud. I found it hard to adjust the temperature to my liking.

The apartment had an amazing design. Its location was excellent, and the facilities were modern. I found the digital check-in process simple. The provided iPad made contacting staff easy and efficient. The responses were always helpful. I appreciated the responsive staff!
The street noise at night proved a bit loud due to nearby bars and clubs. Single-glazed windows did little to block the sound.

The location proved amazing. All key attractions were easily accessible by walking. The team offered prompt assistance. They addressed my needs quickly upon arrival. I particularly appreciated the complimentary drinks and pastries available in the lounge. It added a nice touch to each day. The room was clean and well-equipped.
I encountered some noise from neighboring doors. The sound of them opening and closing was noticeable.

The location was unreal. Just steps away from prince street, i was close to everything! the rooms are gorgeous with a well-equipped kitchen and super comfy beds. the view from the room showed the castle and ocean!
I thought the noise proofing could be better. I could hear people walking above.
