convenient spot
great location clean room comfortable beds clear instructions
i've stayed three times. it's close to the bus and tram stops, just a minute away. the city centre is a short walk, about 15-20 minutes. rooms are always clean, quiet, and beds are comfortable. small rooms still have everything you need.
the osb chipboard used for skirting, facings, and window sills looks cheap. even a unit and the headboard are made of this material. it really lets the feel of the place down.

There is no staff present. the entry instructions are clear. the building is well secured. I felt safe. self check-in was easy, and i appreciate the simplicity.

great cafes convenient tram shared bathroom
the tram stop sits just outside. it goes straight to the city center and the airport, so easy. i found many great bars and cafes only a few hundred meters away. the room had a shared bathroom located just outside the door. it was close to only one other room.
the main gate opens directly onto the street so when you put the code in, the gate moves and bangs.

super Convenient Short Stay
clean room comfy beds quiet location nearby supermarket
I found the room very clean, and the beds AND pillows were REALLY comfy. The location WAS great. It WAS very quiet, and a great pub was right next door , i recommend THE burgers. Plenty of places to eat were close by, and a supermarket was across the road.
The wifi WAS not very good , it COULDN'T support browsing social media.

such a clean and cozy place!
easy access hot water express location comfortable stay
The location was fantastic, close to the tram and bus stops. It made getting around so easy. i was very comfortable. the shower was great with plenty of hot water. i found restaurants and a tesco express nearby.
the gate made a loud banging sound when i entered the code, it drew unwanted attention.

The supermarket is directly across the street. It's super convenient for grabbing snacks or essentials. also, the tram to the airport and the bus to the city center are just a few meters away.

The location provided easy access to transportation. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the coffee machine in the room. This was a thoughtful addition. The shower was great too, with plenty of hot water.
The TV in the room didn't work. I informed the owner, but it was not resolved .

surprisingly positive experience
easy access generous space convenient parking ringgo app
The location provided very easy access to transportation. tram and bus stops were very close! the room offered generous space which worked well for our group. we also found local street parking using the ringgo app quite convenient. Mostly four-hour slots but nine hours on annandale road.
I noticed that the main gate is right on the street. When you enter the code, it moves with a bang. it felt a bit exposed and attracted attention from passers-by.

convenient transportation coffee machine good shops
I liked having good shops nearby. The coffee machine was a nice feature. The place has everything a traveler needs for a short stay. Public transportation was also convenient since its right in front of the building.
The door handle required too much effort and was complicated to use, even after multiple attempts.
