Victorian Charm and Convenient Location

high ceilings city center
The high ceilings gave the space a grand Victorian feel. The location was also really good. It was close to the city center but not too busy. I found everything I wanted to do was within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. It was a very convenient trip.
There was no hand soap or coffee in the room upon my arrival. I sent an email the day I arrived, letting them know there were no bath towels, but I received no reply. I had to buy these items myself
Rooms
9/10
The room was nicely decorated, and I found the beds to be comfortable. Pillows were also provided. Warm duvets.
Facilities
8/10
I had a TV that worked perfectly, and the WiFi was reliable with no issues. A fridge was available in the kitchen which was handy for storing snacks. I didn't realize I would have an entire kitchen to use
