amazing breakfast friendly staff private parking unfriendly receptionist tiny towels unsanitary towel
The breakfast was WONDERFUL. The chef recommended a local restaurant for dinner. I found the staff friendly. The hotel reminded me of a country estate.
The receptionist seemed unfriendly. It was quite off-putting. Our tv kept asking for a pin. It was annoying. The towels were TINY and sharing a hand towel felt unhygienic.

underwhelming stay, some issues.

slow service missing wardrobe
housekeeping did not deliver the correct number of towels and milk was not replenished, this was annoying. the breakfast room service was slow on more than one occasion. i found there was no wardrobe, only a hook, a wardrobe is a feature that i would have expected.
