fresh fruit spacious room attentive staff
the breakfast included many choices it had fresh fruit pastries and cooked options i chose the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon i found it good. the room was very spacious it featured a king size bed and a seating area. the staff were attentive to my requests they promptly addressed a minor issue with the television.
the elevator was slightly slow at times during peak hours this caused a brief delay.

the staff were excellent. they were helpful, friendly, and genuine. i appreciated their attentiveness .
the room was dated. i noticed a very old hairdryer and kettle. the lack of natural light made it very dark.

clean building friendly staff amazing food broken seat shower control mouldy smell
the building are lovely, very clean, and it looks fresh. all the staff were friendly to us. the food was amazing to eat, i was very happy.
the toilet seat are broken when i check it. the shower control also are broken. the room have a little 'mouldy' smell, its bad.

very good food amazing host excellent restaurant excellent parking
The Scottish breakfast arrived promptly it was also hot. The hotel is very dog friendly the hosts are amazing. Food available in the restaurant reached an really good standard. Parking availability was also excellent
I observed that the hairdryer was somewhat old and the kettle showed signs of age
