a good experience

cute staff modern decor bike storage excellent food
The staff was cute. the room was super clean and cozy with modern decor. i stored my bike in the cellar. The hotel was accommodating. both breakfast and dinners were excellent. the location is very convenient (a big plus!).
the room was very high temperature. opening the window let in noise from extractor fans.

friendly staff comfortable bed modern room great area
The staff was very friendly. They helped. The hotel beds were comfortable and modern. I liked the outside area near the river. I enjoyed a coffee there after seeing the sights.

acceptable but with some drawbacks

cold room dirty carpets
the breakfast was very filling.
the room was very cold. the radiators were set to 16 degrees, and even after turning up the thermostat, the water only got lukewarm. the carpets in the corridors and stairways were very dirty. i found the low temperature and the dirty carpets quite disappointing.
