pleasant dining room excellent food black spots shocking windows
I found the dining room very pleasant. The breakfast room was clean. Service was good. I thought the food was excellent.
My shower had black spots on the ceiling. There was black spots along the shower edges. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Windows were in a shocking state. I could not open them to allow air in!

a very pleasant stay
friendly team delicious food good spot
the staff were very friendly. the food was delicious and piping hot, i had a three course dinner and breakfast the following morning. there was a beer garden but it was empty, it is still a good spot for sitting in the sun.

Lovely Stay, Excellent Service!
good selection friendly staff efficient service
The breakfast I pre-booked the night before featured a good selection. I noted cereals and fruit alongside apple and orange juice. The cooked breakfast was tasty, served with coffee, tea, and toast. The staff were friendly and efficient.
The noise from the bar area was quite loud and continued until midnight one night. It sounded like it was due to boisterous guests, but it still disrupted sleep. It would be beneficial to address the soundproofing to minimize disturbances.

The hotel provides free parking which is very convenient. The dining room offers a pleasant environment for meals and relaxation. I observed its careful design. A public bar with a real log fire creates a cute atmosphere.

The evening meals offer delicious food, with beautiful presentation and quick preparation times. Staff members like Leona and Bethany were attentive and provided amazing service. Leona crafted excellent Halloween cocktails, and Bethany ensured a helpful and unhurried dining experience.

The team was consistently friendly. Doreen, in particular, stood out for her excellent service. I found her very helpful. The staff were apologetic when our food experienced a slight delay. I appreciated their attentiveness.

a few glitches
missing glasses black spots
the staff seemed helpful i suppose.
the room lacked glasses i found it odd. the bathroom had some black spots it was unsightly. the windows could not be opened that was disappointing because i wanted some fresh air.
