tasty breakfast helpful staff quiet room

The staff helped me when I needed directions. I found the breakfast choices plentiful and tasty. The hotel is near many local shops. I liked that my room was quiet.

The sink drained a bit slow.

breakfast buffet great gym lack of airflow unvacuumed hallway

The gym had several machines. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet had pastries. I found them delicious. The location was convenient! I liked the walking distance to the city center.

The room did not have air conditioning. The small window did not provide enough air flow, and it got hot. The hallways were not vacuumed . There was garbage sitting in the hallway.

small bed severe back spasms

The hotel has a good shared kitchen. This includes dining and living areas along with a gym. It was convenient.

The bed was too small. It was just about right for one person. My wife and I had to squeeze in for three nights and got severe back spasms. We had to go to the pharmacy for strong painkillers.

I stayed in a very central location, about fifteen minutes walk to the castle. i found a nice continental breakfast available. It offered many choices. i particularly loved the comfy bed in my room. the hotel was very clean upon my arrival.

The location was convenient. I could easily walk to Haymarket train station in 5-10 minutes. Staff members were friendly and helpful with all requests, a great plus. I appreciated having several nearby places to buy food. The breakfast selection was great!

The room was a bit too warm. There was not sufficient airflow, even with the window open.

nice bakeries friendly staff delayed check-in unclean room

the location, it was central enough to reach sights. bakerys near was nice. the staff were real friendly, so i felt welcome.

i did try checking in early but i need to wait. i came back later, but the room cleaning took some time. i got paper towel to finish cleaning the room because i cant wait.
