A stay with some issues

poor communication missing sandals
The bed was comfortable enough.
I had issues getting help. I tried calling about payment, but nobody answered. Towels were never changed during my 3-night stay. To make matters worse, someone threw away my wife's sandals after emptying a bin.

I found the staff friendly and helpful . i was able to leave my bags after checking out. I collected them later. the hotel is well kept, clean, and the staff were really helpful.

comfortable stay near city center

convenient location easy check-in
the room was very clean. the location was convenient to reach the city center by bus. i found the bed comfortable (it really helped after long days of sightseeing). the check-in process was also easy, i really appreciated it.
the street was a bit noisy, and emergency vehicles passed frequently. this sometimes disrupted sleep, especially in the early morning. i suggest earplugs for light sleepers (like me).

the room included a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. i liked having the option to make a hot drink in the room. this was a welcome addition after a day of exploring.
